New HD High Temp Secondary Rollers

The fitment applications is on the product description but the basic answer is, these rollers fit all Polaris RZR's and Rangers models that have a EBS secondary or roller secondary or even the HD secondary. All same secondary just depends on what you want to call it. Polaris has a couple different part numbers for these rollers but the only difference is material. Team uses one material for all.

Buying rollers from Polaris they range in $25 to $30 a piece.

New High Temp and High Lubricity Rollers!!!!!!

Tested to 400 degrees with no deformation

Made from a high grade exotic plastic that is 5 times slicker than Teflon

Tighter tolerances than the injected molded stock rollers that are loose on the shaft

Precision CNC manufactured in the USA.

Rollers get flat spotted due to dirt build up in the secondary and from heat plus simply age. Anyone who is blowing belts should be checking their rollers to see if they have flat spots on them causing the secondary to not want to spread which puts the belt in a load from stretching because the primary is trying to pull the belt and the secondary does not want to spread easily from the flat spotted rollers.

These rollers are offered in a kit of four and two new roll pins as you will knock your roll pins out during disassembly. I have reused the stock pins but we decided to give you a couple new ones.

Before we had these rollers and you had to spend $100 to $120 on rollers we suggested you buy a new secondary from us for $249, now for $60 it makes sense to install new rollers assuming the surface of your secondary is not worn too much.

Hunterworks recommends you install our rollers only on the outside of your clutch. The inside rollers don't seem to have many issues only the outside and our rollers may fail on the inside. Most peoples clutches by the time they flat spot rollers have already done damage to the aluminum the rollers run on, so that will shorten the life span of even our high quality rollers.  So we suggest smoothing that surface up before installing our rollers. Can't beat our rollers on the outside of a new clutch!!!
