Fresh start clutch system w/dalton kit
You guys nailed it with this clutch setup my rzr is like a new machine so impressive, my belt temp has never been that cool while cruising at a steady pace. Now I’m going to have to order one for my 2016 rzr xp4 1000 in the near future. Thx for all the work you put into making that setup and all the videos you make.

Hunterworks Polaris RZR XP 1000 Start Fresh Clutch System w/ Dalton Kit
2019 Polaris RZR XP 1000 EPS. Running 32" Tusk Mud Terrain tires on 15" Tusk wheels, HMF Titan Twin Loop Exhaust, Dynojet Power Vision Tuner. I had gear selector issues from when my machine was brand new and completely stock and when I went from 29" to 32" tires I had a power lag, jerky start from the bigger tires. I have purchased many of Hunterworks products in the past and talking with the owner Todd he knew replacing my primary/secondary would fix those issues. After replacing the stock primary/secondary with the Hunterworks system the gear selector and the jerky starts issues went away. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would highly recommend this clutch system to anyone needing and upgrade or replacement.

Love the new HW/Dalton fresh start clutch kit! 2017 Polaris RZR 1000 XP TRE
Hey Todd,
A follow up after 4 day ride in Moab this past week. I was a little nervous putting brand new clutch in just before that trip but so glad I did. I am extremely impressed with the performance and total experience from dunes and sand trails, to some of Moab's extremely technical rock crawling. Your suggested setup based on our overall riding habits and elevation was perfect, and my 2017 Polaris RZR 1000 XP Trail & Rocks truly feels like a better than new machine. The smooth clutch engagement and response, improved engine braking, and what feels like significant HP improvement is amazing.

fresh start clutch system and products
hey, i ordered this system for my 2020 zrz xp1000, fast shipping, Todd got me set up with no guess work. all i had to do was install weights and spring to the primary. secondary was already set to go. install was very easy. where I had a lot of jerky motion, this eliminated all that. highly recommend, Todd was fast to answer any of my questions. and don't forget get the belt. doing a belt break-in when i get the chance. thanks guy's
