Hunterworks Primary Clutch Warranty Information 

There is no warranty on any Hunterworks Brand Primary clutch or Creekside Ride Clutch

We do however have what we call a common sense warranty.  Example it arrived broken or something happens to it minutes after install.

We also have what we call a aew crap on you or awe crap on us.  We will monitor for any known issues with our clutch and take care of any clutch with a known issue.  Awe crap on you, means you know you tore it up and we will sell you another at a discount. 

We will be monitoring and will be aware of any inherite issues.

Any consideration for replacement due to any known issues will be limited to one year from purchase date.  

If any issue arrises please contact  todd@hunterworks.com for a resolution. We are willing to work with you if you are with us. We also reserve the right to make all final decisions on the outcomes.  

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF, AND WE DISCLAIM, ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES. INSOFAR AS SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, WE LIMIT THE DURATION OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
