Axle 180 Day Limited Warranty Explained

• The axles carry a 180 day limted warranty from the time it was shipped
• Vehicles with lift kits of any size void the warranty
• Tires 28" and larger on the STD axles Void warranty
• HD axles, larger tires ok lift kits still void it
• Damage from a torn boot is NOT covered nor is the torn boot
• Pictures of the numbers on the axles and a picture of the vehicle is required
• Return shipping if required will be at customers expense
• The new axle will be shipped back to customer free
• Replacment axle has a 30 day warranty from the time it is shipped
• Third axle is not warrantied because you are engaging in a activity that would break any axle
• Axles that are bent are not warranted

 Warranty does not apply to conditions resulting from abuse, negligence, accident, improper installation or alteration. We reserve the right to make the determination if the product has been subjected to abuse, negligence, accident, improper application, improper installation or alteration.

Warranty is void on any vehicle lifted in any way to include tires, wheel or suspension components other than OEM design.

Warranty is void on any vehicle used for racing.

Warranty is void on any vehicle that has been altered in any way to include performance enhancements to the engine other than OEM design.

We reserve the right to repair and or replace product determined by us to be under warranty.

Replacement products will be warranted for thirty-days from the date the product is shipped.

Removal, reinstallation, product pick up and delivery are the sole responsibility of the owner.

All warranty claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Cost of

Torn boots are not warrantied because if you tear a boot dirt gets in the joint and destroys it and it is not the manufacturers or Hunterworks fault.

Our warranty policies are not any more stringent than any other company we just want to make it clear up front so there is no surprises. Axle warranties are the most abused warranty due to the excessive abuse they take.

Do not let this warranty prevent you from buying these axles as the return rate is very low because the quality is very high.

Warranty claim acception rate is very high except in rare cases where it is obvious the damage occured because of over abuse.

By all means though if you think the axle failed and it was its' fault please lets warranty it.
