700 and Viking/Wolverine nut is left hand threads, 660 is right hand, video is not exactly right

Wet Slug kit prevents clutch slippage. Brass weights allow the Rhino/Viking/Wolverine to provide more grip through the clutch making it last longer as well as providing the ability to get the big tires moving.

  • Picture is of the 700 kit with the optional wet clutch nut, used for reference only.
  • Increase wet clutch lifespan
  • Reduces clutch slippage

In the event that your slugs do not fit, will not go all the way in, use a flat file and file them flush.  Yamahas consistency has changed on wet clutches, seems around 1 in 100 have this issue.

Adding weight to the internal wet clutch causes the friction shoes to engage with more force.  This increases the holding power of the clutch shoes to the clutch drum, reduces wear caused by clutch slippage, and is a must for high horsepower engines,  four-seaters, duners, and mud guys with big tires.
