Powder coated in a matte black finish

This is a new 2" ball mount insert for use with  the rear receiver hitch.

You can use a standard ball mount you might already have but it won't have two holes in it.

 The ball mount has a 3/4" hole for a trailer ball and a 9/16" hole for pulling a pin type cart or other implement without having to change ball mounts or removing the ball.

An added bonus is a welded tab on it so you can't use this on your on road vehicle.
